Board of Directors, at the eighth Annual General Meeting of Insurance House PSC.
First and foremost, I would like to thank our founders, shareholders and all Insurance House staff who helped further develop and grow Insurance House into the enterprise it is today, one that is focused on exceeding customers’ expectations and maximizing shareholders’ wealth.
During 2019, IH has registered a whopping year on year improvement of 51.9% in its Net Profit, to AED 16.17 million in 2019 compared to AED 10.64 million in the previous year. This stellar performance is a direct result of well thought out strategies and their effective implementation across all business lines and investment portfolio.

Insurance House P.S.C. (IH) has maintained a steady performance by registering a Net Profit of AED 16.16 million for the year 2019, which is 51.9% higher than the Net Profit of AED 10.64 million registered in the previous year. This augurs well for sustained profitable growth in the near future.

Insurance House P.S.C is a Public Joint – Stock company registered and incorporated in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates and is engaged in providing all classes of non-life insurance solutions in accordance with UAE Federal Law No 6 of 2007. The Company was established on 8 December 2010 and commenced its operations on 10 April 2011. The Company performs its activities through its head office in Abu Dhabi and branches located in Al Samha, Dubai – Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai- Business Bay, Sharjah, Al Mussafah, Mahawi and Motor World.
