Statement of compliance

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) promulgated by International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) and interpretations thereof issued by the International Financial Reporting Interpretation Committee and in compliance with the applicable requirements of U.A.E Federal Law No. (2) of 2015 relating to commercial companies, UAE Federal Law No. (6) of 2007 on the Establishment of the Insurance Authority and Organisation of the Insurance Operations, and Insurance Authority’s Board of Directors Decision No. (25) of 2014 pertinent to Financial Regulations for Insurance Companies.
