First and foremost, I would like to thank our founders, shareholders and all Insurance House staff who helped further develop and grow Insurance House into the enterprise it is today, one that is focused on exceeding customers’ expectations and maximizing shareholders’ wealth.
For the year ended 31 December 2021, IH has registered a Total Comprehensive Income of AED 18.87 million compared to AED 9.92 million in the previous year. This is a remarkable performance that provides a solid foundation for sustained profitable growth in the near future.

Insurance House P.J.S.C. (the “Company”) is a Public Joint – Stock company registered and incorporated in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates and is engaged in providing all classes of non-life insurance solutions in accordance with UAE Federal Law No 6 of 2007. The Company was established on 8 December 2010 and commenced its operations on 10 April 2011. The Company performs its activities through its head office in Abu Dhabi and branches located in Al Samha, Al Mussafah, Mahawi, Motor World, Bani Yas, Dubai – Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai – Business Bay, and Sharjah.
The Company’s ordinary shares are listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange.
The registered office of the Company is P.O. Box 129921 Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
The range of products and services offered by the company include but not limited to accidents and civil responsibility insurance, land, marine and air transportation, dangers insurance, health insurance, onshore and offshore oil and gas fields and facilities services.
