Statement of compliance

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) promulgated by International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) and interpretations thereof issued by the International Financial Reporting Interpretation Committee and in compliance with the applicable requirements of U.A.E Federal Law No. 32 of 2021 relating to commercial companies, and of UAE Federal Law No. 6 of 2007 on Establishment of the Insurance Authority and Organisation of the Insurance Operations, concerning insurance companies and agents. These consolidated financial statements are prepared in UAE Dirhams (“AED”).
